Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date, 50% of your payment will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
The fee for each trip covers all activities, workshops, and seminars. Not included are airfare, accommodations, personal expenses, and any optional activities not included in the itinerary.
Participants should bring appropriate clothing for varied weather conditions, any necessary personal items, a valid passport, and visas. A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.
